I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was sincere and helpful. Their cheerful attitude made it very easy for me to interact and request assistance. I would specially like to mention Security Guards Shivlal and Uttam Pal. Housekeeping staff Santosh on the third floor. Keya and Rashmita in the Spa. Will surely visit again.

This is nowhere closer to a five star hotel, Taj standards. Very poorly maintained hotel with non working bathroom doors, stains in the rooms and toilets. The staff was not professional, they kept the luggage and forgot to send to the room, there were stains in bathroom shower, door corners, carpets in the corridor area was smelly. Not worth the money paid. Very disappointed. Pls avoid if you value your money

Well attended to at the reception Rooms were well equipped with all personal toiletteries and tea and coffee bags. Rooms were clean and housekeeping exemplary. One can avail the swimming pool and gym and sauna, steam facilities on the 7th floor. Opted for a plate meal for lunch package which was tastily served with dishes adequate variety So also breakfast buffet. Staff service at breakfast and lunch was outstanding Will certainly stay here in the future.
